Planning and implementation of 100% physical verification of
non-expendable/special item assets located in the mission area.

Implementation and management of Field Assets Control System
(FACS) program in PCIU, in line with UN HQ directives.

Produce daily operational procedures for office implementation.

Screening data entries (R&I and SAU's input on Issue Vouchers)
in FACS system and monitor the movement of UNOE assigned
to different units.

Monitor the synchronization of data within views in FACS
and coordinate with EDP FACS Administrator for problem
resolution if any.

Assist in preparing different reports as and when required utilizing
FACS, Weekly activity reports, Statistical reports, YEI reports,
Monthly acquisition reports, and various other regular reports.

Update and enter details of decaled and bar-coded items into FACS System.

Liaise with all asset managers and provide assistance whenever needed for
utilization of FACS and Property Control.

Liaise with New York, Brindisi and Bangui when required.

Receive and inspect all consignments (military and civilian requirements)
for UNIFIL. With receipt of each consignment I check against the
packing lists, and delivery notes, by counting each item and taking
measurements/weights ensuring that they are in strict conformity with
specifications in the Purchase Orders.

Assist in general administrative duties, ensure that all working files and
records are up-to-date, including control of documents relating to R&I Unit;
Liaise with respective Units and Battalions regarding receipt, transfer and
distribution of consignments to them.

Draft and process the R&I reports, and take follow-up action on the issuance
of RSPGR and R&I Reports from Battalions and Units.
Enter all necessary data in the Field Assets Control System (F.A.C.S.) in
all required stages.
